RETURN POLICY
Due to our free shipping offer in Canada we must charge a restocking fee on returns. 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and exchanges, shipping charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. Items returned must be shipped back to us at your expense within 14 days of delivery and must be in orignal condition.
In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer all the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has lead to malfunctioning. Before sending any items back to us you MUST contact us first via email info@straightpokersupplies.com

This website is not set to offer international shipping quotes. International shipping costs are extremely costly and often more expensive than the goods requested. Please provide details as to which item(s) you wish to puchase and please provide your full shipping address. When this procedure is followed correctly you will receive a proper shipping quote within 24 hours. Please note we do not ship to countries who restrict the import of casino goods.
SHIPPING INSURANCE All orders are insured to cover damages of up to $100.00 CAD. Additional insurance is available at an additional charge. If you wish to add more insurance to your shipped order, please call our toll free order hotline to upgrade your shipping 1-877-765-3790 SHIPPING ADDRESSES You are responsible for your shipping address data entry information. Please make sure we have all the correct information to insure a smooth delivery. Please include any additional information we may require such as Unit number, Apartment number. PO Box number, Buzz code number ect. If you fail to enter the correct shipping information your parcel may not be delivered. In this event it will be returned to our location and you will incur some additional charges. Our free shipping policy will only cover one delivery attempt if the address is not filled in correctly.
