In stock orders will generally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most orders will ship Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. These services are ground service, and typically deliver within 1-6 business days. Upgrade shipping options are available. Please call our toll free order hotline if you have special shipping requirements 1-877-765-3790. As we have no control over the shipping company delivering your parcel to you, we cannot guarantee any delivery times or dates

We often ship orders in multiple boxes. You should first check your tracking number to see if your order was a multi box. If so, it is possible the second carton will arrive shortly. In the event you are missing items from your order, we do apologize. Please email us with details.In late 2014 we implemented a new shipping surveillance system, which monitors our packing tables and records all items which are packaged and shipped. Our belief is this system will effectively eliminate errors from our pickers and packers. In the event items are missing from your order, we will be able to detect and correct the issue almost immediately.

You are responsible for entering your shipping address information while placing your order. Please make sure you provide complete and correct information to ensure a trouble free delivery. Make sure to include any additional details we may require such as Unit number, PO Box number, Suite number, Apartment number, Buzz Code number, etc… If you fail to enter the correct shipping information, your parcel may not be delivered. In the event your order cannot be delivered successfully, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will incur a “return to sender” shipping fee. Our free shipping policy covers one delivery attempt only.

We ship orders with several of the larger carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. Larger orders or oversized items may ship with a freight company. We are willing to work with you if you have a preferred carrier.

In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer everything that we sell, therefore we have no control over the defect rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse, which results in a damaged product. Prior to sending any items back, you must open a ticket using our Return and Exchange Ticket Service

This website is not set up to offer international shipping. International shipping is extremely costly and often more expensive than the actual goods purchased. Prior to asking for an international shipping quote, we request that you obtain a sample quote from Canada Post. Please click on this link CANADA POST and enter the following information 1. Enter the from Post Code "M1P4S6" 2. Select the ship to country "Your Country" 3. Dimensions use 60 X 28 X 12 cm. Weight enter 10kg then click find. If after obtaining your sample quote you are still interested in having us provide you with a more accurate shipping quote, please email [email protected]. Please note that you have already obtained a preliminary sample quote price. Please provide us details as to which item(s) you wish to purchase and provide your full shipping address. When this procedure is followed correctly, you will receive a proper shipping quote within 24 hours. Please note we do not ship to countries that restrict the import of casino goods.

Due to our free shipping offer in Canada, we must charge a restocking fee on returns. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and exchanges. The shipping charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. Items returned must be shipped back to us at your expense within 14 days of delivery and must be in original new condition.

It can often take time for a tracking number to be entered into the system. Please check back at a later time to see if the tracking number status has changed.

Most playing cards do not come with any warranty. Some are covered by the manufacturer against defects under normal use. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within our 14 day exchange period to see what options are available to you.

Unfortunately, Purolator and other shipping companies do not offer shipping time guarantees on oversized items. The shipping companies will do their best to arrange shipment in a timely manner.
